WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?
We are open Monday thru Friday from 8:00am till 5:00pm, and closed from Noon to 1:00pm for lunch.
HOW DO I GET TO YOUR SHOP?
Our shop is located on Florida Avenue just west of Alt. 19 in downtown Palm Harbor, Florida. You can get a map and directions to our shop from MapQuest or from Google below.

WHEN CAN I CALL FOR A TOW TRUCK?
Anytime, our trucks run 24 hours a day. Call for towing at 727-784-2445.
HOW MUCH DOES AN ESTIMATE COST?
We offer free estimates.
WHAT KIND OF WARRANTY DO YOU OFFER?
With the exception of rust repairs, we put a lifetime warranty on our repairs for as long as you own the vehicle.
WHAT IF AN INSURANCE COMPANY IS INVOLVED?
We work closely with all insurance companies.
WHAT IF MY INSURANCE COMPANY WANTS ME TO TAKE MY CAR TO ONE OF THEIR SHOPS FOR THE REPAIR?
Always remember that you pay the insurance premiums on your policy, so you always have the right to take your car to the repair facility of your choice. We will repair your car for you, not your insurance company. They just get the privilege of paying for the damages.
WHAT IF MY INSURANCE COMPANY WANTS TO WRITE THEIR OWN ESTIMATE?
That is fine. Just bring us a copy of their estimate with you when you come to the shop. We work off their estimate, and if we need to modify the repair procedure, or if we find additional damages, or their prices are incorrect, we work with your insurance company to do a proper repair.
WHAT IF MY INSURANCE COMPANY DOES NOT WRITE AN ESTIMATE THAT COVERS ALL THE DAMAGE ON MY VEHICLE?
This is not a problem. As long as the damages are related to the accident, we will get the vehicle in the shop, take the vehicle apart as necessary and show the insurance company the additional damages. The insurance company will document the damage and pay the shop for it. This procedure is called a supplement. It is very, very common.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept personal checks up to $1000.00 with proper photo I.D., MasterCard, Visa, Cash, and Insurance Checks.
THE INSURANCE COMPANY SENT ME THE CHECK, WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH IT?
It is always best to hold onto the insurance check and bring it with you when you pick up your vehicle. Even if it is made out in your name only, all you have to do is endorse it on the back and use it to pay for your repair.
HOW WILL I KNOW MY VEHICLE REPAIR IS COMPLETED?
We will call you as soon as your repair is completed.
WHO DO I PAY MY DEDUCTABLE TO?
Pay your deductible to the shop when you pick up your repaired vehicle.
